This booklet provides a brief description of the different types of housing available to people with disability in Queensland. The term disability in this booklet encompasses a range of disabilities including

Mental Health

The information is designed to reflect the types of housing options available to people with disabilities and to inform individuals, families, friends, advocates and service providers. It is in no way complete and further follow-ups may be required. Contact the appropriate organisations listed in the booklet for further details and information.

The booklet provides a basis for assisting you in locating the relevant organisation toward the goal of finding A Home of Your Own in the community of your choice.
